π§Ύ Ingredients
2 cups cooked rice (cold, day-old works best) π
2 chicken breasts (cubed) π
2 tbsp oil
3 cloves garlic (minced) π§
1 egg (optional) π₯
1/2 cup frozen peas & carrots π₯
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey π―
1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
Salt & black pepper to taste

1. π Cook the chicken
Heat oil in a large pan. Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook until golden and fully done. Remove and set aside.
