500 g jumbo lump crab meat π¦
1 egg π₯
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning πΆοΈ
ΒΌ cup crushed crackers or breadcrumbs
1 tbsp parsley πΏ
Salt & black pepper
π Lemon Butter Sauce
3 tbsp butter π§
1 tbsp lemon juice π
1 clove garlic, minced π§
Parsley for garnish

1. π¦ Prepare mixture
Gently mix crab meat with egg, mayo, mustard, Worcestershire, Old Bay, crackers, parsley, salt, and pepper.
2. π½οΈ Form crab bombs
Shape into large mounds and place on a lined baking tray.
3. π₯ Bake
Bake at 200Β°C (400Β°F) for 15β18 minutes until lightly golden.
4. π Make lemon butter
Melt butter with garlic and lemon juice in a small pan.
