🛒 Ingredients
4 large russet potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper
For the steak:
300g steak (ribeye or sirloin, cubed)
1 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp steak seasoning
For the shrimp:
300g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
1 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp chili flakes
Toppings:
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup sour cream
2 tbsp green onions (chopped)
Optional: crispy bacon bits
👨‍🍳 Instructions
Bake the potatoes
Rub potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake at 200°C for 45–50 minutes until tender.
Cook the steak
Heat butter in a pan, add steak cubes, garlic, and seasoning. Cook until browned and juicy. Set aside.
Cook the shrimp
In the same pan, melt butter, add garlic, shrimp, paprika, and chili flakes. Cook 2–3 minutes per side.
Assemble
Slice open baked potatoes, fluff the inside, and add cheese so it melts.
Load it up
Top with steak, shrimp, sour cream, green onions, and bacon bits.
Serve hot
Drizzle extra butter or sauce if desired.
