Italian Stuffed Shells

Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 large egg
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped (optional)
2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, spinach (if you choose to add it), and minced garlic. Mix everything together until well combined. Cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions until they are al dente, then drain them. Stuff each shell with the cheese mixture and arrange them in a greased baking dish. Top the stuffed shells with marinara sauce and sprinkle with a bit more mozzarella cheese. Bake everything for 25-30 minutes, or until it’s bubbly and golden brown. Let the dish cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your meal!
