Get ready to impress at your next dinner party with this mouthwatering Million Dollar Roast Beef Tenderloin!

Ingredients:
– 2 lb beef tenderloin
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon kosher salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
– 1 cup cremini mushrooms, sliced
– 1/2 cup beef broth
– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Rub that beautiful beef tenderloin with olive oil, minced garlic, kosher salt, black pepper, and chopped rosemary. Let it sit for about 15 minutes to soak up those flavors.
3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the tenderloin on all sides until it’s perfectly browned—about 3-4 minutes per side.
4. Transfer the tenderloin to a baking dish and roast it in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 135°F for that dreamy medium-rare.
5. While that’s roasting, go back to the skillet. Toss in the sliced cremini mushrooms and sauté them for about 3-4 minutes until they’re tender.
6. Next, add in the beef broth, unsalted butter, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir it all up and let it simmer for 5 minutes until it thickens slightly—this will be your delicious sauce!
7. Once the tenderloin is out of the oven, let it rest for 10 minutes. Then slice it into medallions that showcase that gorgeous pink inside.
8. Drizzle the mushroom sauce over those lovely slices and serve warm. Your guests will be raving! Enjoy!
