Sweet, spicy, creamy, and totally unexpected โ these stuffed shells are filled with flaky honey pepper salmon, ricotta, and mozzarella, then baked in a light garlic cream sauce until bubbly and golden.

๐ Honey Pepper Salmon
2 salmon fillets ๐
2 tbsp honey ๐ฏ
1 tsp black pepper ๐ถ๏ธ
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder ๐ง
Salt to taste
๐ Shell Filling
20 jumbo pasta shells ๐
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese ๐ง
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 egg
2 tbsp parsley (chopped) ๐ฟ
๐ฅฃ Garlic Cream Sauce
2 tbsp butter ๐ง
3 cloves garlic (minced) ๐ง
2 tbsp flour
2 cups milk or cream ๐ฅ
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
๐จโ๐ณ Instructions
1. ๐ Cook the salmon
Season salmon with honey, black pepper, soy sauce, garlic powder, and salt. Bake or pan-sear until cooked and slightly glazed. Flake into pieces.
2. ๐ Cook the shells
Boil pasta shells until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. ๐ง Make the filling
Mix ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, egg, parsley, and flaked salmon.
4. ๐ฅฃ Make garlic cream sauce
Melt butter, add garlic, then flour. Slowly whisk in milk/cream. Stir in parmesan until smooth.
5. ๐ Stuff the shells
Fill each shell with the salmon cheese mixture.
6. ๐ฅ Assemble & bake
Place shells in a baking dish, pour sauce over, and bake at 190ยฐC (375ยฐF) for 20โ25 minutes until bubbly.

Let rest slightly, then serve hot.
