📝 Ingredients
Steak & Shrimp
1 lb sirloin steak, cubed or sliced
1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp sesame oil
Salt & black pepper
1 tsp paprika
Fried Rice
3 cups cooked cold rice
2 eggs, scrambled
1 cup mixed vegetables
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp butter
2 green onions, sliced
Optional Yum Yum Sauce
½ cup mayo
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sugar
Splash of rice vinegar
👨‍🍳 Instructions
🍚 Fried Rice
Heat butter in a skillet or wok.
Cook eggs, then add vegetables and rice.
Stir in soy sauce and green onions. Set aside.
🥩🍤 Steak & Shrimp
Heat butter and sesame oil in a hot skillet.
Cook steak until browned and juicy. Remove.
Cook shrimp with garlic until pink and tender.
Return steak to the skillet and add soy sauce and paprika. Toss well.
🍽 Assemble
Serve steak and shrimp over fried rice.
Drizzle with yum yum sauce if desired.
