Cilantro Lime Shrimp

Ingredients
* 1 lb (500g) jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined, tail-on
* 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
* 1 pinch cayenne pepper
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 4 cloves garlic, minced
* 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro, stems and leaves
* 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
* 2 tablespoons lime juice
* Fresh lemon wedges
Instructions
1. Season the shrimp with salt and cayenne pepper.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant, stirring occasionally.
4. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque.
5. Reduce the heat to medium, then add the butter and let it melt, stirring to coat the shrimp.
6. Pour in the lime juice and stir in the chopped cilantro. Cook for another minute, allowing the flavors to combine.
7. Remove from heat and transfer the shrimp to a serving dish.
8. Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges on the side for squeezing
