Grilled Salmon Salad Recipe

π Ingredients:
2 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Mixed greens (lettuce, spinach, arugula)
1 avocado, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
1 lemon, cut into wedges
Fresh herbs (parsley or cilantro)
For the dressing:
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt and black pepper, to taste

π₯£ In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture on the salmon fillets.
