3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional but π₯)

Β½ cup water or chicken broth
1 tsp cornstarch (for thickening)
1 tsp sesame oil (optional)

π₯¦ 1. Cook broccoli
Boil or steam broccoli 2β3 minutes
Keep it slightly crisp
Set aside
