4 thin slices beef (top round or flank steak)
Salt & black pepper
ยฝ cup breadcrumbs
ยฝ cup grated parmesan ๐ง
2 garlic cloves (minced) ๐ง
2 tbsp parsley (chopped) ๐ฟ
2 tbsp olive oil

Tomato Sauce
2 cups crushed tomatoes ๐
1 small onion (chopped) ๐ง
2 garlic cloves (minced)
2 tbsp olive oil
ยฝ tsp chili flakes (optional ๐ถ๏ธ)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper

๐ฅฉ 1. Prepare beef
Pound beef slices thin
Season with salt & pepper
๐ง 2. Make filling
Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic, parsley, olive oil
Spread over each beef slice

Roll tightly into logs
Secure with toothpicks or kitchen twine

Heat oil in pan
Brown beef rolls on all sides
Remove and set aside

Add crushed tomatoes + spices
Simmer 5โ10 minutes
