Lobster Tails with Garlic Herb Butter Sauce

Ingredients:

2 lobster tails
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped (or 1/2 teaspoon dried)
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions:

Prepare the Lobster Tails:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the center, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull the shell apart to expose the meat. You can also lift the meat slightly out of the shell for a beautiful presentation.
Make the Garlic Herb Butter Sauce:
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
Stir in the chopped parsley, lemon juice, thyme, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
Bake the Lobster Tails:
Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet. Brush the garlic herb butter sauce generously over the lobster meat.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through. Baste with additional garlic herb butter halfway through cooking for extra flavor.
Serve:
Remove the lobster tails from the oven and drizzle any remaining garlic herb butter sauce over the top.
Serve with lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavor.
Enjoy!
These Lobster Tails with Garlic Herb Butter Sauce are a luxurious and delicious dish perfect for special occasions or a fancy dinner at home!
