1.5 kg beef chuck roast
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion (sliced)
4 cloves garlic (minced)
2 cups beef broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup mozzarella cheese
4 slices cooked bacon (crumbled)
2 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp green onions (chopped)
