500โ€“700 g chicken breast, cut into strips
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup flour

Oil for frying

Garlic Parmesan coating:

3 tbsp melted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
ยฝ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped parsley

Creamy chili sauce:

ยฝ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tsp sriracha (optional for heat)
1 tsp lime juice

Marinate chicken

Coat chicken
