2 salmon fillets

1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp lemon juice π

150g feta cheese π§
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon zest π
1 tsp lemon juice
Black pepper

Blend feta, yogurt, olive oil.
Add lemon zest + juice + pepper.
Whip until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

Heat olive oil in pan.
