12 chicken wings (cut and shaped into lollipops)
2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
Salt (to taste)
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 egg
Oil (for frying)

Prep the chicken
Shape the wings into lollipops (push meat to one end of the bone).
Marinate

Coating
