Creamy Lobster Pasta

Indulgent, rich, and packed with flavor—succulent lobster tossed in a creamy garlic butter sauce over silky pasta. A restaurant-quality dish at home!
📝 Ingredients:
For the Lobster:
2 lobster tails (or 1 whole lobster, cooked & chopped) 🦞
2 tbsp butter 🧈
2 cloves garlic (minced) 🧄
1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
1/2 tsp salt & black pepper 🧂
1/2 tsp paprika 🌶️
1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋
For the Creamy Sauce:
2 tbsp butter 🧈
3 cloves garlic (minced) 🧄
1 cup heavy cream 🥛
1/2 cup chicken or seafood broth 🍤
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional) 🌶️
1 tbsp tomato paste 🍅
1/2 tsp salt & black pepper 🧂
1 tbsp chopped parsley 🌿
For the Pasta:
250g linguine or fettuccine 🍝
1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
👨🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the lobster 🦞: If using lobster tails, remove the meat from the shells and chop into bite-sized pieces.
2️⃣ Sauté the lobster 🔥: Heat butter and olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic, then cook the lobster with salt, pepper, and paprika for 3-4 minutes. Drizzle with lemon juice and remove from the pan.
3️⃣ Cook the pasta 🍝: Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and toss with olive oil.
4️⃣ Make the creamy sauce 🧄🧀: In the same pan, melt butter, sauté garlic, then add tomato paste, heavy cream, broth, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Let it simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
5️⃣ Combine everything 😋: Return the lobster to the sauce, then toss in the cooked pasta. Mix well to coat everything in the creamy goodness!
