🛒 Ingredients
🍗 Chicken:
2 chicken breasts (sliced)
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper
🍝 Pasta:
300g linguine
Salted water for boiling
🧀 Alfredo Sauce:
3 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1½ cups heavy cream
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
½ tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
👨🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook Pasta
Boil linguine in salted water until al dente
Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain
2️⃣ Cook Chicken
Heat butter in a pan
Season chicken with paprika, salt, pepper
Cook until golden and fully cooked
Add garlic and sauté briefly
Remove and set aside
3️⃣ Make Alfredo Sauce
In the same pan, melt butter
Add garlic and cook until fragrant
Pour in heavy cream → simmer gently
Stir in parmesan until smooth and creamy
4️⃣ Combine
Add cooked pasta to sauce
Toss to coat (add pasta water if needed)
Return chicken and mix well

Garnish with extra parmesan and parsley
