Cheesy Taco Dip

Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
2 (1-ounce) packets taco seasoning
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
½ cup salsa (medium or mild)
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Parsley for garnish (optional)
Tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Cook the ground beef according to the directions on the taco seasoning packet. Use both packets for extra flavor.
Spread the cream cheese evenly on the bottom of an oven-safe baking dish.
Layer the salsa over the cream cheese.
Evenly spread the taco-seasoned ground beef on top.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the beef.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the dip is hot and bubbly.
Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm with tortilla chips.
Servings: 6-8
