1 egg
½ cup breadcrumbs
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
150g cheddar cheese (cut into cubes)
8–10 bacon strips

½ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tsp sriracha (adjust for heat)
1 tsp honey
1 tsp lime juice

Mix ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
