1 tbsp butter

1 cup grits
3 cups milk or water
2 tbsp butter
½ cup shredded cheese (optional)
Salt to taste

3 potatoes (cubed)
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder

🥔 1. Cook potatoes

Pan-fry or roast potatoes with oil and seasoning until crispy and golden.

Simmer grits in milk/water, stirring until creamy. Add butter and cheese.
