4 chicken breasts or thighs
Salt & black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp olive oil
🍄 Mushroom Sauce:
2 cups mushrooms (sliced) 🍄
3 cloves garlic (minced) 🧄
2 tbsp butter
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
½ cup grated parmesan 🧀
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp thyme
🌿 Garnish:
Fresh parsley

1️⃣ Sear chicken
Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika
Heat oil and sear 4–5 minutes per side
Remove and set aside
2️⃣ Cook mushrooms
In same pan, melt butter
Add mushrooms and cook until golden
Add garlic and sauté briefly
3️⃣ Make sauce
Pour in chicken broth and cream
Add parmesan, Italian seasoning, thyme
Simmer until thick and creamy

Return chicken to pan
