Beef and Bass Bliss

🍽️ Ingredients: – 1 lb beef, thinly sliced – 1 lb sea bass fillets – 2 tbsp olive oil – 2 cloves garlic, minced – 1 onion, chopped – 1 bell pepper, sliced – 1 cup cherry tomatoes – 1/2 cup white wine – Salt and pepper to taste – Fresh parsley for garnish Directions: Step 1: Sear the Beef Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef slices and sear until browned on both sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside. Step 2: Saute the Aromatics In the same skillet, saute the garlic, onion, and bell pepper until softened. Step 3: Add the Sea Bass Place the sea bass fillets in the skillet and cook for a few minutes on each side until opaque. Step 4: Deglaze with White Wine Pour the white wine into the skillet to deglaze, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom. Step 5: Finish and Serve Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for a few more minutes until the tomatoes are softened.
