Chimichurri Shrimp

Ingredients :

– 🦐 peeled prawns – 500 g
– 🌿 sauce chimichurri – 100 ml
– es garlic – 2 cloves, minced
– -️ olive oil – 2 tablespoons
– 🍋 lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
– – salt – to taste
– po pepper – to taste

Instructions:

1. Prepare the shrimp: In a large bowl, mix the peeled shrimp with minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Let it marinate for about 15 to 20 minutes to soak in the flavors.

2. Cook the shrimp: In a skillet over medium heat, add the marinated shrimp. Bake for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until pink and well cooked. Avoid overcooking them to keep them tender.

3. Add Chimichurri Sauce: Once the shrimp are cooked, remove the skillet from the heat and incorporate the chimichurri sauce. Stir gently to coat the shrimp in the sauce.

4. Introduction: Arrange the shrimp on a white plate by arranging them in a circle for an attractive visual effect. Pour a little extra chimichurri sauce on top for a nice finish.

5. Serve: Serve immediately, accompanied with lemon quarters for those who wish to add a little more acidity. This dish pairs well with rice or a fresh salad.

Extra Tip: For an even more flavorful twist, you can add red chili flakes to the marinade for a little spiciness. Enjoy this colorful and flavorful dish at a dinner with friends or family!
