Herb-Infused Chicken with Lemon Orzo

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup orzo pasta
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
1/2 lemon, juiced
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups chicken broth
Directions:

Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and half of the chopped herbs.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in orzo and cook for 8-10 minutes until the orzo is tender.
Add the remaining herbs and lemon juice, stirring to combine.
Serve the chicken on top of the herb-infused orzo for a light, fresh meal. Enjoy!😋❤️
