Ingredients
12 oz penne pasta
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
12 oz smoked sausage, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp paprika
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup chicken broth
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
1. Cook the Pasta
Boil pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Season the Shrimp
Toss shrimp with Cajun seasoning and paprika.
3. Cook the Sausage
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced sausage and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
