Perfectly cooked shrimp in garlic butter with a hint of spice.

Ingredients
1 lb (450g) shrimp, deveined and back opened
1 tbsp green onion, chopped
1 tbsp ginger, minced
1 tbsp cooking wine
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1-2 dried chilies, chopped
1/2 tsp sugar
Instructions
In a bowl, combine shrimp, green onion, ginger, cooking wine, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Marinate for 29 minutes.
Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
Add the marinated shrimp and fry until both sides are golden brown.
Add minced garlic, dried chilies, and sugar to the pan. Stir-fry until everything is well combined and aromatic.
Serve hot, garnished with extra green onions if desired.
