400g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
½ tsp thyme
½ tsp oregano
🥓 Sausage & Veggies
300g smoked sausage (sliced)
1 large onion (sliced)
1 bell pepper (optional)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp butter
👨🍳 Instructions
🍤 1. Season shrimp
Toss shrimp with olive oil and all spices until well coated.
🔥 2. Cook sausage
In a large skillet, cook sausage until browned. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, melt butter and cook onions (and bell pepper if using) until soft and slightly caramelized. Add garlic.

Add shrimp to the pan. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until darkened and cooked through.
