Blackberry cobbler!!

Blackberry cobbler!! 💖 Served with a huge scoop of vanilla ice cream of course!! 😋
Ingredients:
• 4 cups fresh blackberries (frozen works too, thaw and drain)
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
3. In a large bowl, gently toss the blackberries with 1/2 cup of granulated sugar. Set aside.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, remaining 1/2 cup of sugar, baking powder, and salt.
5. Slowly stir in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract, mixing until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
7. Evenly distribute the sugared blackberries on top of the batter.
8. Sprinkle the top with 2 tablespoons of brown sugar for extra sweetness and a hint of caramelized crust.
9. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
10. Let the cobbler cool slightly before serving with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream.
