Cajun Shrimp and Steak Alfredo Pasta Recipe

This rich and flavorful dish combines creamy Alfredo pasta with blackened Cajun shrimp and juicy seared steak for a restaurant-quality meal at home.

Ingredients
For the Steak & Shrimp:
1 (8-10 oz) ribeye or sirloin steak
12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
For the Alfredo Sauce:
2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
For the Pasta:
12 oz fettuccine pasta
1 teaspoon salt (for boiling water)
2 tablespoons chopped parsley (for garnish)
Extra grated Parmesan cheese (for serving)

Instructions
1. Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Add fettuccine and cook until al dente (about 10-12 minutes).
Drain and set aside.
2. Cook the Steak
Pat the steak dry and season with 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the steak for about 3-4 minutes per side (or until desired doneness).
Remove from heat, let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
3. Cook the Shrimp
Season shrimp with the remaining Cajun seasoning.
In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter.
Cook shrimp for about 1-2 minutes per side until opaque and slightly blackened.
Remove and set aside.
4. Make the Alfredo Sauce
In a saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
5. Assemble the Dish
Toss the cooked pasta in the Alfredo sauce until fully coated.
Plate the pasta and top with sliced steak and Cajun shrimp.
Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan cheese.
