2 cups cooked ham, diced
2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded or cubed
1 cup hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 cup lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup frozen peas (thawed)
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tsp mustard
Salt & black pepper to taste
Optional: shredded cheddar or bacon bits on top
