Crab Risotto with Lemon Zest 🍚🦀

Ingredients:
• 200g arborio rice
• 150g crab meat
• 1 lemon (zest & juice)
• 750ml fish stock
• 1 tbsp butter
Steps:
1. Cook rice, adding stock slowly.

3. Add crab, lemon zest, and butter.
4. Rest 2 min, serve warm.
