2 lbs chicken thighs or drumsticks ๐
1 cup pineapple juice ๐
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
3 cloves garlic (minced) ๐ง
1 tbsp fresh ginger (grated)
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp black pepper
Green onions & sesame seeds for garnish
