π Noodles
12 oz spaghetti or lo mein noodles
4 tbsp butter π§
6 cloves garlic (minced) π§
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 cup parmesan cheese π§
Black pepper to taste

1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), sliced
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined π€
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper
πΏ Garnish
Green onions
Chili flakes (optional)
π¨βπ³ Instructions
1. π Cook the noodles
Boil noodles until tender. Drain and set aside.
2. π₯© Cook the steak
Heat oil in a skillet. Season steak with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove and set aside.
3. π€ Cook the shrimp
In the same pan, cook shrimp for 2β3 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
4. π§ Make garlic butter sauce
Melt butter in the skillet. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
5. π₯£ Build the noodle sauce
Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, parmesan, and black pepper.
6. π Toss everything together
Add noodles and toss until coated in the garlic butter sauce. Return steak and shrimp to the pan.

Top with green onions and chili flakes if desired.
