📝 Ingredients
1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
½ cup cream cheese, softened
1 sheet puff pastry or crescent dough
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
1 egg (for egg wash)
👨‍🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Melt butter in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add shrimp, paprika, salt, and pepper; cook 2–3 minutes until pink.
Chop shrimp into bite-size pieces and mix with cream cheese and mozzarella.
Roll out dough and spread shrimp mixture evenly.
Roll tightly into a log and slice into roll-ups.
Place on baking tray and brush with egg wash.
Bake 18–22 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
