Meatloaf
2 lbs ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
2 eggs
1 cup crushed buttery crackers
½ cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Glaze
½ cup ketchup
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp mustard
