2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp cold butter (cubed)
1 cup buttermilk
Oil or butter for frying
Optional: honey or melted butter for topping

In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
Add buttermilk and mix until soft dough forms.
Roll dough and cut into biscuit rounds.
