📝 Ingredients
For the Prawns
8–10 giant tiger prawns (cleaned, shell on or off)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Cajun Sauce
4 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
½ tsp chili flakes (optional for heat)
½ cup heavy cream (or coconut milk)
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
👨🍳 Instructions
Season prawns with paprika, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Sear prawns for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add Cajun seasoning and chili flakes.
Pour in cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
Add lemon juice and return prawns to the pan.
Toss to coat in sauce and finish with fresh parsley.
