📝 Ingredients
3–4 lbs beef ribs
1 large onion, sliced
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup BBQ sauce
½ cup ketchup
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
½ cup beef broth
Optional: 1 tsp liquid smoke

Season ribs with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili powder.
(Optional) Sear ribs in a pan for extra flavor.
Place sliced onions and garlic in the bottom of the crockpot.
Add ribs on top in layers.
