300–400 g steak (ribeye, sirloin, or flank)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Chimichurri sauce:
½ cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 tbsp fresh cilantro (optional)
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp red wine vinegar (or lemon juice)
¼ cup olive oil
½ tsp chili flakes
Salt & pepper
Toppings:
1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar
Optional: sour cream, jalapeños
👨🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions
Cook fries
Bake or air fry fries at 220°C (425°F) until crispy and golden.
Cook steak
Season steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sear in a hot pan 3–5 minutes per side. Rest, then slice thin.
Make chimichurri
Mix parsley, garlic, vinegar, olive oil, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
Assemble fries
