2 ribeye or sirloin steaks
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
Salt & black pepper
1 tsp steak seasoning
🍤 Garlic Butter Shrimp
300g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp chili flakes
Juice of ½ lemon
Fresh parsley
🧀 Cheesy Sides
1 cup mac & cheese (prepared)
1 cup mashed potatoes (prepared)
½ cup shredded cheddar (extra topping)
👨‍🍳 Instructions
🥩 1. Cook the steak

Season steaks with salt, pepper, and seasoning. Sear in olive oil and butter for 3–5 minutes per side. Add garlic for flavor and baste with butter.

🍤 2. Make garlic butter shrimp

Melt butter, add garlic, then cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side. Add paprika, chili flakes, lemon juice, and parsley.

🧀 3. Prepare cheesy sides

Warm mac & cheese and mashed potatoes. Add extra cheddar on top for extra creaminess.
