Salt & black pepper
1 tsp paprika or chili flakes 🌶️
1 tbsp olive oil
🥦 Vegetables
2 cups broccoli florets 🥦
1 small onion (sliced) 🧅
3 garlic cloves (minced) 🧄
🥣 Stir-Fry Sauce
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional but 🔥)
1 tsp honey 🍯
½ cup water or chicken broth
1 tsp cornstarch (for thickening)
1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
👨‍🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions
🥦 1. Cook broccoli
Boil or steam broccoli 2–3 minutes
Keep it slightly crisp
Set aside
🍤 2. Cook shrimp
Heat oil in pan or wok
Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper, paprika
Cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink
Remove and set aside
