2 smoked pork hocks
6 cups water or broth

1½ cups dried white beans (soaked overnight)
2 potatoes (cubed)
🥕 Veggies:
2 carrots (sliced)
2 celery stalks (chopped)
1 onion (chopped)
3 cloves garlic (minced)

1 bay leaf

Add pork hocks and water to a large pot
