🍗 Chicken:
4 chicken breasts
Salt & black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
🥦 Filling:
12–16 asparagus spears (trimmed)
1 cup mozzarella or provolone cheese 🧀
2 tbsp cream cheese (optional for extra creaminess)
🧄 Flavor Boost:
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp butter
Juice of ½ lemon 🍋
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep chicken
Slice a pocket into each chicken breast
Season inside and outside with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder
2️⃣ Stuff
Fill each breast with asparagus and cheese
Secure with toothpicks if needed

Heat olive oil in a pan
Sear chicken 2–3 minutes per side until golden
