🛒 Ingredients
🥩 Meat Sauce:
500g ground beef (or beef + pork mix)
1 onion (chopped)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
2 cups tomato sauce or marinara
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp chili flakes (optional 🌶️)
Salt & black pepper
🧀 Cheese Layer:
1½ cups ricotta cheese
1 egg
1 cup mozzarella cheese
½ cup parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper
🍝 Pasta:
9–12 lasagna sheets (pre-cooked or no-boil)
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Make meat sauce
Cook onion and garlic until soft
Add ground beef and brown it
Stir in tomato sauce and seasoning
Simmer 10–15 minutes
2️⃣ Prepare cheese mix
Mix ricotta, egg, parmesan, salt, and pepper
3️⃣ Assemble layers

In a baking dish:

Meat sauce → pasta → cheese mix → mozzarella
Repeat layers until full
4️⃣ Bake
Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 35–40 minutes
Top should be bubbly and golden
5️⃣ Rest & serve
Let sit 10 minutes before cutting (important for clean slices!)
