🛒 Ingredients
🍤 Shrimp:
400g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
Salt & black pepper
1 tbsp oil
🥬 Veggies:
3–4 bok choy (halved or chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
🥢 Sauce:
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp sesame oil
½ cup water or broth
1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (slurry)
👨🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook Shrimp
Heat oil in a pan
Season shrimp and cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink
Remove and set aside
2️⃣ Sauté Aromatics
In the same pan, add garlic and ginger
Sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds)
3️⃣ Cook Bok Choy
Add bok choy and stir-fry 2–3 minutes until tender-crisp
4️⃣ Make Sauce
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, sesame oil, and water
Bring to a simmer
Stir in cornstarch slurry until sauce thickens and becomes glossy ✨
5️⃣ Combine
Return shrimp to the pan
Toss everything until coated in the glaze
