2 cloves garlic, minced
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup black beans (drained)
1 cup corn kernels
1 cup salsa
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
6 small flour tortillas (cut into strips)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
