3 ripe bananas (mashed)
2 eggs
120g sugar
100ml milk
100ml vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
200g all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
🥛 Cream Filling:
200ml heavy cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
100g cream cheese (softened)
👨🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Batter
Preheat oven to 180°C
In a bowl, mash bananas until smooth
Add eggs, sugar, milk, oil, and vanilla → mix well
2️⃣ Dry Ingredients
In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
Gradually fold into wet mixture until smooth
3️⃣ Make Cream Filling
Beat heavy cream + powdered sugar until fluffy
Add cream cheese + vanilla → mix until creamy
4️⃣ Assemble the Cake
Pour half the batter into a greased pan
Add cream filling layer in the center
Cover with remaining batter
5️⃣ Bake
Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and set
