1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt & black pepper

2 cups cooked rice
1 tbsp butter ๐ง

1 bell pepper (sliced)
1 small onion (sliced) ๐ง
2 garlic cloves (minced) ๐ง
๐ง Cheese Melt
1 cup shredded mozzarella or provolone ๐ง
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk ๐ฅ

Heat oil in a skillet.
Season chicken with paprika, garlic powder, salt & pepper.
Cook until heated through and slightly golden. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, cook onions and peppers until soft.
