π Ingredients
π₯ Salad Base
2 cups pasta (elbow or rotini)
2 cups shredded cabbage mix (coleslaw mix)
1 carrot (optional, grated)
2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Β½ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sour cream or yogurt
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp sugar (or honey)
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt & black pepper

1. Cook pasta
Boil pasta until al dente β drain and rinse under cold water.
2. Prep veggies
Mix cabbage, carrots, and parsley in a large bowl.
3. Make dressing
Whisk mayo, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
4. Combine
Add pasta + veggies β pour dressing β mix well.
5. Chill
Refrigerate 30β60 minutes for best flavor.
