🛒 Ingredients
🥗 Salad Base
2 cups pasta (elbow or rotini)
2 cups shredded cabbage mix (coleslaw mix)
1 carrot (optional, grated)
2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
🥣 Dressing
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sour cream or yogurt
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp sugar (or honey)
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt & black pepper
👨‍🍳 Steps
1. Cook pasta

Boil pasta until al dente → drain and rinse under cold water.

2. Prep veggies

Mix cabbage, carrots, and parsley in a large bowl.

3. Make dressing

Whisk mayo, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.

4. Combine

Add pasta + veggies → pour dressing → mix well.

5. Chill

Refrigerate 30–60 minutes for best flavor.
